Getting started is simple and takes less than 2 minutes. Browse our creator directory using categories, search, or recommendations based on your interests. Once you find a creator you love, visit their profile and choose a membership tier that fits your budget. You can start supporting for as little as $3/month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you can use credit cards, debit cards, or Apple Pay. Your first payment is charged immediately, and then monthly on the same date. You can cancel anytime with no questions asked.

Each creator offers unique perks based on their membership tiers. Common benefits include: exclusive posts and content not available anywhere else, behind-the-scenes footage and stories, early access to videos, music, art, or other releases before the public, direct messaging with creators, access to private community chats and Discord servers, exclusive livestreams and Q&A sessions, special badges and recognition on your profile, physical merchandise and merchandise discounts, monthly digital downloads, and personalized shoutouts. The specific perks vary by creator and tier level, so check each creator's page for details.

There's no limit to how many creators you can support. Each membership is managed separately, so you have full control over your subscriptions. You can easily view all your active memberships in your dashboard, adjust tier levels, or cancel individual subscriptions at any time. For super fans who support many creators, we also offer Fan Pass ($9/mo) and Super Fan ($29/mo) plans that include platform-wide benefits like ad-free browsing, exclusive platform events, priority customer support, and special profile badges.

Creators receive 90% of your membership payment - one of the highest payout rates in the industry. We take only a 5% platform fee to keep VISULU. running, constantly improving, and providing 24/7 support. Additionally, there's a standard payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (charged by Stripe). For comparison, other platforms take 8-12% or more. We believe creators deserve to keep more of what they earn, and transparent pricing is part of our commitment to the creator community.

Yes, you have complete flexibility with your memberships. You can cancel any subscription at any time through your account settings - no phone calls, no emails, no hoops to jump through. When you cancel, you'll keep access to all membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll lose access to exclusive content but can always re-subscribe later. We also offer the ability to pause memberships for up to 3 months if you need a break but want to come back later.

Anyone can become a creator on VISULU.! Sign up for a free creator account, complete your profile with a bio, banner image, and profile photo, then set up your membership tiers with benefits you want to offer. You'll need to connect a bank account or Stripe account to receive payouts. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), you can start posting content and promoting your page. We provide extensive resources including a Creator Academy with video tutorials, marketing templates, pricing guides, and a supportive creator community forum to help you succeed.

Absolutely. Security is our top priority. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor (the highest level of security certification). We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All data is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. We also support two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account, and our systems are regularly audited by third-party security firms. If you ever notice suspicious activity, our security team is available 24/7.

Creators can share a wide variety of content including text posts, photos, image galleries, videos, audio files, polls, livestreams, and downloadable files. Content must follow our community guidelines - we don't allow illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or explicit adult content. Creators own all rights to their content and can remove it at any time. We provide tools for scheduling posts, organizing content into collections, and setting different access levels for different membership tiers.

Creators can choose to receive payouts weekly or monthly. Payments are sent directly to your connected bank account or PayPal. The minimum payout threshold is $10. You can track all your earnings, subscriber counts, and analytics in real-time through your Creator Dashboard. We process payouts every Monday for weekly payments and on the 1st of each month for monthly payments. Most creators receive funds within 2-3 business days after processing, though this can vary by bank and country.

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If a creator hasn't posted any content since your subscription started, or if there's a technical issue preventing access, we're happy to provide a full refund. For other situations, please contact our support team at support@visulu.io and we'll work with you to find a fair solution. Our goal is to ensure both fans and creators have a positive experience on the platform. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Yes! VISULU. has native apps for both iOS and Android devices. The mobile apps offer the full experience including browsing creators, managing subscriptions, viewing exclusive content, receiving push notifications for new posts, and direct messaging. Creators can also post content and manage their pages directly from the mobile apps. Download from the App Store or Google Play Store. The web app is also fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers if you prefer not to install an app.

We offer multiple support channels to help you. For general questions, check our Help Center with hundreds of articles and guides. For account-specific issues, email us at support@visulu.io and we'll respond within 24 hours (usually much faster). Premium members (Fan Pass and Super Fan) get priority support with responses within 4 hours. We also have a community Discord server where you can get help from other users and our community team.
